Account Opening: By opening an account, the applicant agrees to provide accurate and complete information.
Payment Terms: All invoices must be paid according to agreed payment terms. Late payment interests of 1.5% will be imposed.
Order Fulfilment: Orders will be fulfilled based on the product availability. Amici Events and Catering reserves the rights to adjust order quantities based on stock levels.          
Delivery: Amici Events and Catering is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
Return and Refunds: Once the stock is received and accepted, no return and refunds will be allowed.
Privacy Policy: All personal and business information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute will be resolved through arbitration as per Amici Events and Catering Policy.
